⇒ Las Vegas Real Estate Agent

With over 10 years experience as a mortgage branch manager, I have the valuable insight and experience about the home finance process that First-Time Home Buyers need in today’s difficult lending environment.

Mortgage Success Source
Faculty

Mortgage Success Source is the parent company of Loan Tool Box and Mortgage Market Guide, which represent a private community of around 25,000 top loan originators.

As a contributing faculty, I participate in content development and education pertaining to social media marketing, mortgage blogging and online social networking strategies.

Bankrate.com
⇒ Rate Index Contributor

I randomly participate in the weekly Bankrate.com Mortgage Rate Index Trends Survey with a few other national lenders. Bankrate.com is the online authority “Bank Rate Monitor” with over 7 million unique visitors a month.

“The Bankrate.com Personal Finance Minute” plays over 200 times per day on XM Satellite Radio and their data frequently referenced on “CNN Headline News,” “ABC News” and many other major broadcast news outlets.

Mortgage Revolution
⇒ Volunteer / Co-Founder

In 2009 I co-founded the non-profit Mortgage Revolution movement, which raised over $50,000 it its first year for various charities by hosting live events lending industry events around the country.

The Mortgage Revolution is a grass-roots movement of street level loan originators who are standing together for the benefit of our industry’s future.

We believe that mortgage reform needs to come from within, and it is our responsibility to protect the profession that we love.

One of our main objectives is to bring some honor back to the industry by raising the bar for ethical business and marketing practices.

National Association of Mortgage Brokers
⇒ Volunteer

I believe most of the politicians in Washington played a significant role in the foreclosure crisis by giving big banks, insurance companies and investment houses the freedom to print mortgage money for anyone with a pulse, and then sell it to the rest of the world as AAA secured investments.

Unfortunately, the only true consumer advocate in the process, Mortgage Brokers, have taken all of the blame.

When Mortgage Brokers get painted as the only villan, it ultimately hurts the reputation of all mortgage professionals.

I volunteer for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers to ensure my clients will have lending options in the future.

MortgageDaily.tv
⇒ Owner

MDTV was created specifically for experienced loan officers that are too busy taking care of clients and closing transactions to play full-time social media gurus.

By centralizing our online content on one high traffic platform, we can be more effective at dominating the search engines for our local markets, keeping up with changing lending guidelines and communicating with clients and agents.

Authors on MDTV and members of our national lender directory are qualified based on an application and pre-screening process, which also includes a personal referral from an existing member.

WannaNetwork.com
⇒ Partner

Originally launched as a social network that attracted over 19,000 members in 2007 and was featured in Realtor Magazine as one of the top 5 places for agents to connect online, WannaNetwork.com has evolved over the past four years into a national group real estate blog designed to give industry professionals a powerful voice online.

Lenderama.com – National Mortgage Blog
⇒ Partner

Lenderama is the original mortgage industry blog, which was launched by Todd Carpenter in 2005.

My good friends at Top of Mind Networks and I acquired Lenderama in early 2010, and our intent is to continue developing it as an industry focused platform.

“By the industry, For the industry” is our common theme with some of these blogging projects. It seems to work.

I’ll be redesigning Lenderama in mid 2011, and this platform will be opened to a larger group of qualified industry professionals.
