Utah Homes in Provo are now approved for two more down payment assistance programs (DPA). Both of these programs offer first time homebuyers up to $10,000 to purchase a home in Utah.
The first Provo grant targets anyone who is unable to qualify for the pioneer area $20,000 grant.
The second opens up the entire city of Provo for a $10,000 Provo Grant.
No one knows how long these new grants will last. In the past goverment money seems to run out very quickly. As always the money is on a first come first serve basis. You can find out if you qualify here (help me with my grant).
