Many times, I see companies in the Phoenix area expand into other parts of Arizona, but it isn’t very often that I get to see a company expand from Tucson to Phoenix.

Which is what is happening with Sunstreet Mortgage (which is based in Tucson) as they expand and open a Mesa office.

I was alerted to this by one of my friends who is going to be a loan officer there – Christoph Schweiger.

Christoph has been a long time Phoenix blogger and has recently made the switch from Realtor to loan officer and (in my opinion) will be one of the key players in the new Mesa office.

According to Christoph, here are just a few highlights about the company:

• The three principal partners have over 56 years of originating loans and over 20 years of experience in running a mortgage banking operation
• There are two co-Managers in Tempe: Gary Miljour and Kim Chartier
• The company is based in Tucson with branch offices in Nogales, Arizona and Albuquerque, New Mexico
• The company was founded by John E. Capp, Sarah J. Roads and Patrick W. Sniezek

Grand Opening Party

They are planning on having a grand opening party after they have into the new space – but if you want a pre-party sneak peek — you can stop by anytime to see them in action.
