The clock is ticking on the $8000 tax credit for first time home buyers. As of this writing there are only 98 days left until the tax credit expires on November 30.
“Cash for Clunkers” ends today, and according to news stories there is a rush today on participating car dealers. And, Cash for Renters, the $8000 tax credit for first time home buyers ends soon – and metro Atlanta first time home buyers need to act quickly, because you will need to close on your new home by Nov. 30 to qualify and get the tax credit.
