HUD released revised North Carolina FHA Loan Limits today. For 2009, FHA loan limits will now be the higher of 2008 limits or new 2009 limits released in late December.
What that means for you? If you are in one of the areas like Raleigh or Wilmington where the 2009 loan limits were decreased your loan limits are now restored to 2008 levels.
